Smart Bosses Ignore Minimum Wage
If Congress raises the Federal minimum wage, it will be like a tree falling in the woods for smart bosses. Smart bosses pay enough to get the best workers. They know that the more they pay their employees, the better their employees will treat their customers. Pleasant, efficient service is what keeps customers coming back, pumping more revenue into smart bosses' businesses.
So, when the minimum wage is eventually raised, it will be a moot point for smart bosses who are already paying a higher hourly rate than the proposed new minimum. I bet those bosses don't have MBA's. I bet those bosses don't have MBA's--they're too smart for that kind of education.
