The Joy of Democracy and Why it Doesn't Work in Business ( Pelosi - Bush )

How wonderful it is to witness the American way of changing our government peacefully and through participation of the citizenry. If you've felt ashamed about being an American for the past few years, today is a day to rejoice. If you think the government's been managed by a big (or little), bad boss, now's your chance to watch how a boss gets cut down to size.

Fortunately, Bush doesn't own the country, doesn't get hired by only a handful of directors and doesn't get to choose all of his staff. If he did, the United States would look a lot more like Iraq today. But in big business, sadly, there's no democracy—the only way to survive a bad boss at the top in business is to change your allegiance.
